For orders to Macau, we charge a flat rate of $30 per order. However, if your order total is $250 or more, we offer free shipping.
Delivery Time
After you place your order, we will process it within 1 day. Delivery within Hong Kong typically takes 2-3 business days, while delivery to Macau typically takes 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays or public holidays.

1. Cash Payment: We accept Hong Kong Dollars for cash payments.

Product Warranty
The Natural Love Company (TNLC) offers a 1-year product warranty on all toys. All customers, including those who purchase from TAMA Delight Store, can register their warranty directly with TNLC via the warranty card included with every toy.
In the event of a product fault within 1 year, customers must contact TNLC’s Satisfaction Team with proof of purchase (or customers can contact TNLC through TAMA Delight Store) and return the products. The Satisfaction Team will assist customers directly with diagnosing the reported fault and arranging a replacement. Customers do not have to pay for any shipping costs, and TNLC will ship the replacement directly to the customer or through TAMA Delight Store.
Please note that during the ongoing worldwide pandemic, the safety of our customers and our team is a top priority. As such, TNLC would like you to know that any returns sent to TNLC are delivered to a separate geographic address from their new stock.

Return Policy
